Lauren Duchene
Lauren is a dance and movement instructor on mission to create, nurturing, magical, inspiring and accessible classes for children and grownups! With over 20 years of experience teaching ballet and dance to young children, Lauren loves to foster imagination and teach skills in a playful fashion. She spent much of her childhood and adulthood training and performing in Classical Ballet and received her BFA in Dance from UC Irvine. She is also a Pilates and Barre Certified teacher. Lauren lives in Grass Valley, CA where you can often find her (aside from happily dancing around her living room) playing under the pines with her three sons, Dylan, Hayden, and Ollie, darling husband Luke and their sweet dog Dash.
